The RKS (Robotic Key
System) is comprised of a novel disk combination lock mechanism and a robotic
dialer or key. The RKS cylinder is a simple, low part count, low cost,
environmentally robust, and a highly pick resistant mechanism that contains
no electronics. The RKS key/robotic dialer contains or can obtain the
opening combination. The key is programmable and has password protection, access
control and auditing capabilities.

www.securitysnobs.com. The cylinder and dialer will be provided with a
default combination but can be reprogrammed by the user. The RKS
cylinder core is compatible with Medeco’s Bi-Axial removable core
to allow easy retro-fitting into real world applications.
